I’m Ayush Agrawal. I started as a consultant at Deloitte, then became the first technology and product lead at an insurance start-up, where I built a claims app and the team behind it.
Since 2021, Nightlab has built automations, websites, business systems and apps for founders and owner-run businesses in India, Thailand, the UAE and the US. I lead every engagement myself and bring in specialists I have worked with for years when the work needs them.
I’m also a co-founder and director at BreadButter, where we’re building bb.bio for the creator economy. Building my own products keeps my advice practical.

What does it cost to get started?
The first 30-minute call is free. If a Working Review makes sense, we agree a fixed fee on the call before any work starts, and you keep the plan whatever you decide.
Will my customers know they’re talking to a bot?
Replies are written in your voice and hand over to you or your team the moment a real conversation is needed. You can take over any chat at any time.
Do I keep my WhatsApp number and accounts?
Yes. Your number, accounts, website and store stay in your name. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.
Do you only work in India?
No. We are based in Jaipur and work with businesses in India, Thailand, the UAE and the US, on site when it helps and remote when it doesn’t.
